The "You Boettcher Ass" slogan, the Bryce Boettcher name, logos, and all shirt designs are the exclusive property of Bryce Boettcher and his authorized partners. You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service or product without express written permission from us. Don't steal our hustle.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product (or any part of the gear) without notice.

If you send us testimonials or photos, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those comments in any medium. We are under no obligation to pay compensation for comments or keep them confidential. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem offensive, threatening, or "sissy" in nature.
