RETURNS & REFUNDS: NO EXCUSES.
At the Bryce Boettcher official store, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If we messed up, we’ll fix it. If you’re just having second thoughts, here is how we handle business.
1. The 30-Day Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your gear is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed, you’re out of luck—hit the gym and find a use for the shirt.
2. Eligibility (The "Don't Be a Slob" Rule)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Free of stains, sweat, hair, or "gym smell."

In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (your order email) is required.
3. Damages and Issues
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the shirt is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong "You Boettcher Ass" gear, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right at no cost to you. We take care of our own.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items: All "Clearance" or "Final Sale" items are exactly that—final.

Gift Cards: Cannot be returned.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new size or color. We don't do "holds" on inventory.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved.

Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping: Unless the mistake was ours, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
